I recall he said “Do what I ask you to do and I will sell the property” That is what we and he did. A very professional approach to assessing the current market value of the property, followed by a sales strategy that was flawlessly executed. Serge has a backroom team supporting him. He is well supported by Anne his Admin Assistant (I hope I got that right:)) and Lise who staged the house. I was a bit sceptical about the staging process and I am not taken to giving praise lightly. However, I must say Lise’s work was thoughtful and tasteful and we were very impressed with her effort.
